At Silverwood, the health and wellbeing of our furry friends and our staff is very important to us. Therefore, we require all of our furry friends to have *proof that the following vaccinations are up to date.

For Grooming:

• Rabies

For Doggy Daycare & Boarding Dogs:

• Rabies
• Distemper
• Bordetella
• Parvo

For Boarding Cats:

• Rabies
• Distemper

*For proof, we must see the vaccination records from your vet. You may bring them in, email them, or have your veterinarian email them to Silverwoodpetcare@gmail.com. We will write the expiration dates of the vaccinations on your file card so you do not have to bring them with every time. A rabies tag, due to not having an expiration date on it, unfortunately does not count as proof. Thank you for your understanding!
